Excellence Without Compromise is the mission statement of Faith West Academy, the oldest and largest private school in Katy. Faith West Academy has an enrollment of over 660 students in preschool through 12th grade. The school operates on the principles of the Christian faith and incorporates these principles in its purposes, goals, procedures and operations. The interdenominational student body is rooted in Christianity representing over 165 area churches.

FWA is fully accredited through International Christian Accrediting Association. The teaching staff is fully degreed in academic disciplines from elementary to high school.
